At NeroGiardini, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury footwear or apparel does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original NeroGiardini branded packaging and include all tags, certificates of authenticity, and protective dust bags.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
